Reporting to the Vice Provost for Research Administration, the Assistant Director of Post-Award Finance provides direct professional support and guidance in the administration of grants, contracts, and related funds to faculty and staff. This position will collaborate with the Office of Sponsored Programs on award management and will implement strategic directions as provided by the OSP and the Provost's Office regarding research administration, faculty affairs, external relations with agencies, policy, and other business operations.
Secondarily, this position will liaise with the Office of the Controller on matters of external financial reporting, inclusive of ensuring compliance with federal award programs and issues related to the annual audit performed per the Provisions of OMB Uniform Guidance. This position provides a high level of client satisfaction through strong relationship management skills and demonstrates flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly evolving unit.

This role serves as the key liaison for student health insurance inquiries and ensures compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements.
This position will work primarily at the Wilf and Beren campuses, and other campuses as needed. It has the potential to be remote for a day a week during the school year and 3-4 days per week in the periods when students are not on campus.
