Department Overview:

Our award-winning digital marketing agency is seeking motivated candidates interested in
gaining hands-on experience in Client Services. Our Client Services team oversees our
relationships with our clients, from project planning and kickoffs to offboarding and project
assessment. You’ll use Zoom video-conferencing to sign in for check-ins and participate in client meetings, and also do work independently.

Qualifications:

- Sophomore, Junior or Senior working towards a degree in Strategic Communications or Business with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Work-study eligible at the University of Wisconsin-Madison

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

- Superior oral and written communication skills.
- Effective time management to include establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as a team player in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate progress on projects.
- Excellent knowledge of software systems and Microsoft Office products.
- Collaboration with peers and cross-functional teams

Position Summary/Job Duties:

- Attend, and assist in the preparation of, client meetings and client communications
- Confirm client meetings and circulate agendas and materials as required by supervisor
- Learn a variety of tools used for client and project management
- Assist with cross-team communication and collaboration
- Assist with research, the collection of client feedback, and keeping our customer records
updated
- File management and organization
- Shadow Client Services Manager in the creation and monitoring of project timelines,
deliverables, and budgets
- Assist with quality assurance processes
- Other duties as assigned

Physical Demands:

- Must provide own laptop.
- Use standard office equipment (computer, phone, printer/photocopier, etc.)
- Sit for long periods of time.
- Travel occasionally within Madison for work-related meetings or events (not required while
pandemic restrictions are in place).
