Position Summary/Job Duties:
|
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales—Setting The Table (Pierce The Corporate Veil) -New Developments -Understand upcoming or recently approved building developments in the areas we serve (and beyond). --Who is the developer --Who is the owner ---Contact them via phone and discuss third party property management For Existing Buildings -Understand who the owners are -Learn who currently manages the building --Self-Managed --Third-Party Managed ---If Third-Party managed reach out immediately to ownership to pitch management services.
Document Efforts -Who, when, how, and results -Develop and implement strategies to establish relationships with other important stakeholders in the lifecycle of a property. --Banks --Insurance Companies --Etc. -Execute strategies to develop contacts with major funds and investment groups.
Sales Support -Assist in the preparation of presentation materials to clients --Presentation software (Power Point) --Excel skills are useful --Prepare Market surveys --Properties in discussion relative to their competitors in a market --Identify areas where we can differentiate from the market.
