The front desk is staffed from 8am-4:30pm Monday-Friday. Ideal shifts are 8am-12:30pm and 12:30-4:30pm, but willing to be flexible. |

Qualifications:
|
Enrolled for credit in the UW System or other education institute. Able to work OFF CAMPUS as we are located at 610. N Whiteny Way. Maintain a friendly and helpful attitude towards coworkers and guests. |
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

- Familiarity with Microsoft Office - Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally - ability to problem solve - dependable - Attention to detail - customer service - multitasking and prioritization

Position Summary/Job Duties:
|
This position will assist in staffing the front desk of the DFMCH administrative offices. Responsibilities include: -Answering the phone and letting guests and coworkers into the offices -Directing guests and coworkers around the office as needed -Maintaining an organized reception area, supply/mailroom, and kitchen -Processing mail and packages -General administrative tasks as assigned.

Physical Demands:
|
Lifting and moving packages up to 25lbs. Rearranging tables and chairs for meetings.
