Qualifications:

Some biology background is necessary. Some basic academic training in biology and/or biochemistry is desirable. |
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
|
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow precise protocols. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills and a willingness to learn new techniques and procedures. We will provide sufficient training for candidates who demonstrate a willingness to learn and a passion for the role.

Position Summary/Job Duties:
|
Key Responsibilities: Maintain and passage human and rat cell lines.
Assist in secretion assays for drug screening.
Prepare reagents, media, and lab materials.
Perform cleaning and sterilization of lab equipment (e.g., biosafety cabinets, incubators).
Assist with mouse husbandry (cage changing, health monitoring, record-keeping) as needed.
Document experiments and analyze data under supervision.
Learn cell/molecular techniques (e.g., PCR, assay development, Western blotting, microscopy).
