- UW-Madison Undergraduate student in good academic standing

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
|
This position is geared towards students interested in learning about the admissions process.
Students must possess excellent attention to detail, be comfortable using a PC and learning new software programs, and be interested in international curricula and identifying application materials.

Position Summary/Job Duties:
|
• Open, sort, and scan all incoming mail according to OAR guidelines • Operate scanners and perform quality assurance (QA) with a high rate of accuracy • Match and link electronically imaged application materials to student records using new technology such as Student Information System (SIS) and Imaging System (Perceptive Content) • Perform detailed data entry for various projects • Maintain strict confidentiality of student records and materials
