The postdoctoral traineeship is a 12 months position designed for recent graduates of an APA approved clinical or counseling PhD or PsyD psychology program who are seeking licensure and are interested in receiving supervised experience in college mental health practice. Under the supervision of licensed clinicians, the postdoctoral trainee provides direct clinical services to patients served by Columbia Health Counseling and Psychological Services (CPS). Trainees are provided extensive supervision with senior clinicians working in a wide range of treatment modalities, participation in a continual case conference on the application of psychodynamic thinking to college mental health practice, a weekly seminar, access to in-service presentations and other professional development opportunities.

Reporting to the Director of Administration and Finance (DAF), the Business Manager implements and manages the financial, budgetary, and administrative operations of the Incite Institute. The CC will conduct Census audits for both RFID and Traditional cage cards, audit upload, reconciliation. The will provide RFID cage cards, occupancy reports, account management, and ensure accuracy.

Reporting to Senior Director of Communications & Events, the Director owns the relationships related to events with Climate School staff and affiliates as well as external partners. They manage the planning and execution of Climate School stakeholder engagement, affiliate events, and designated communications, coordinating with internal and external partners to identify opportunities to showcase Climate School experts through public and private programming.
