The Director leads in setting the high-level strategy for career management services and employer relations, overseeing individualized career support, cultivating relationships with potential employers to help establish a recruiting pipeline, and developing programming that supports Climate School students and alumni as they explore career paths and prepare for work or continuing education. Initially, this position will support students and alumni from the MA in Climate and Society program; the role is expected to expand and adapt to support other education programs at the Climate School as the degree and certificate portfolio grows. The Director will work under the supervision of the Senior Director, Academic Initiatives, and will supervise full-time staff and casual employees. |
