The Administrative Coordinator will perform a variety of administrative and staff support duties for a fast-paced department, which requires a range of knowledge and skills in organizational procedures and policies. The Administrative Coordinator will support patient access and experience through completing administrative tasks related to coordination of care including front desk reception, managing physician/patient correspondences, quality assurance, and assisting attendings with their daily schedules.
Data Coordinator, Advancement Services in Development & Alumni Relations Columbia Business School Manhattanville
Reporting to the Associate Director, Advancement Services, the Coordinator assists with all aspects of data integrity and information production for the Development and Alumni Relations department (DAR). S/he supports data integrity programs and projects; runs biographical and gift-related queries and reports, reviewing and manipulating data as required; performs core biographical research; streamlines and provides data entry to the department’s fundraising database; and provides backup support for DAR gift processing. S/he organizes designated projects and follows through under general guidance. The position requires cross-training to support the functions of other staff members on the Gift Management team.

Under the supervision of the Director of OD – Optimization, the Specialist will provide support to the OD team in executing projects and may also be assigned independently-managed projects.
OrgDev-People Specialist P&S Vice Dean For Admin Medical Center
The People Development Specialist, part of the People & Organization Development team and serves as an internal consultant for the VP&S ambulatory practices, Research, Education, and related CUIMC clinical departments. Under the supervision of the People Development Director, the Specialist will support projects related to talent management strategies that proactively address improvement opportunities needed to achieve the organization’s mission and vision, and people strategy. The scope of the mentioned strategies includes but isn’t limited to developing talent through ongoing competency advancement, learning, performance productivity/ efficiency improvements, mapping career paths, workforce planning, rewarding high performance, and succession planning. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of Talent Management, learning programs, and OD principles, as well as continuous improvement methodologies and strategies.
Program Coordinator University Seminars Morningside
Reporting to the Director of Administration and Planning, the Program Coordinator will provide a wide range of support to ensure the successful execution of more than 700 meetings annually for over 90 individual seminars. The incumbent will handle and resolve the administrative functions, working alongside the appropriate Administrative Assistant, to support the specific needs of each seminar and working group. The Coordinator will be responsible for hiring and training of graduate student rapporteurs and work study students ; Working in collaboration with key Columbia University stakeholders to ensure appropriate event space is secured; Assuring travel and business PCard expenses are handled in accordance with University policy and procedure and additional administrative duties as required.
