The Director provides direct support to clinical staff, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues, and leads the management of the electronic health record (EHR) system (Point and Click), server infrastructure, and security protocols. This role is responsible for developing and enforcing HIPAA-compliant IT policies, overseeing clinical coding and billing systems, and facilitating data-driven decision-making through reporting and performance analytics.
In addition to managing day-to-day IT operations, the Director partners with senior leadership to align technology strategies with the center’s evolving needs—supporting a shift toward a more efficient, private-practice-style healthcare model.
