The candidate will support the General Manager in ensuring the successful operations of a Casino restaurant, upholding the venue’s high standards for service and culinary offerings. More importantly, the candidate is primarily responsible for driving a world-class wine & spirit programme for the venue, including advising VIP patrons on their wine requests & preferences, curating an exciting menu of wines and managing a diverse portfolio/inventory.

Provide quality food products for our guests and support in achieving all goal designated by the Management team

Responsible for handling food and beverage orders and serving guests

Follow orders and advices instructed by Chef de Partie and Sous Chefs to perform job task following directions.

Handle all cash transactions by accepting money, comps, coupons, and credit cards and calculating the change accurately.
