About the opportunity:

We are seeking a Partnership Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic Americas Leisure Marketing team, reporting to the Director of Partnership Marketing. Drawing on your extensive experience managing partnership marketing campaigns, preferably in the travel industry, and your thorough knowledge of marketing, you will be responsible for:

In addition to being an excellent communicator, multi-tasker, and people-person, you are known for your organization skills and keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing co-op partnership marketing campaigns from start to finish including scheduling partner/co-op tactics, managing co-op marketing inventory, coordinating campaign details with partners and internal stakeholders / team members, overseeing tactical execution for partner/co-op campaigns and commitments, submitting all job requests for required tactics and assets for the campaigns, managing partner approvals, and overseeing the sign-off of tactics.
  • Providing partners with accurate and thorough post-reporting and proof of fulfillment in a timely manner by securing and compiling screenshots and marketing tactic results into report format.

Position Requirements:

To be successful, you must have the following experience:

  • Minimum 2 years in a marketing / campaign management role
  • Strong project management, organization, and time management skills
  • A very keen eye and close attention to detail with a proven track record of proofing skills
  • Very good competency of the English language – written and verbal

The following skills and experience would be highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a travel marketing role
  • Experience in a partnership marketing / account manager role
  • A thorough understanding of the Canadian and/or American travel industries and key suppliers for FCTG
