
About the Role
Are you looking to kick-start your career in the travel industry?
As an Online Sales Operations Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting our OTA (Online Travel Agency) operations team. This role is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are interested in travel operations, booking management, service quality, and cross-functional collaboration.
You will work closely with internal teams and suppliers to help ensure OTA bookings are processed accurately and customers receive the best possible experience.
This is a 6-month internship/trainee position designed for fresh graduates and early-career professionals seeking practical experience in travel operations.
About the Responsibility
Service Quality Monitoring
- Support reviews of booking journeys and service delivery standards.
- Assist in checking pricing, availability, service inclusions, and cancellation terms.
- Support onboarding tour on OTA channel.
- Support the collection and review of customer feedback and operational performance data.
Coordination & Communication
- Assist in coordinating information between suppliers, product team, and customer-facing teams.
- Help ensure information shared across teams is accurate and up to date.
Projects & Continuous Improvement
- Support administrative and reporting tasks as assigned.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects within the Online Sales Operations function.

About You:
- Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Previous internship, part-time work, or academic projects related to tourism, hospitality, operations, or customer service would be an advantage.
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Eager to learn and develop a career in travel operations and online sales support.
