About the role:
To put it simply… you will use your supply chain and inventory expertise to ensure the smooth delivery of materials and equipment to ensure teams have the right equipment when needed. This involves managing stock levels, coordinating procurement, and supporting logistics to keep Tasmania’s hydropower assets running efficiently.
As a Supply and Inventory Officer, you will:
✓ Process inventory purchase requirements in line with corporate policies
✓ Maintain Material Master data and ensure accurate inventory records
✓ Coordinate logistics and storage activities with field teams
✓ Manage tools and equipment, including inspection and repair
✓ Support reporting and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

Who are you?
You’ll bring a Certificate III in Warehousing Operations (or equivalent experience), along with a current driver’s licence and LF (Forklift) High Risk Work Licence. Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems for inventory and procurement is essential, as well as strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Most importantly, you’ll have a collaborative approach and a commitment to safety, ensuring smooth and compliant operations across our supply chain.
