What Are We Looking For?

  • A passionate and motivated hospitality professional
  • Experience in high-volume kitchens
  • Strong leadership skills to mentor and develop the team
  • Ability to run the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence
  • Commitment to maintaining food quality, consistency, and safety standards
  • Excellent organisation and problem-solving skills

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Sous Chef or senior CDP
  • Ability to manage service, prep, and ordering with precision
  • Understanding of cost control, budgets, and KPIs
  • A proactive approach to menu development and innovation
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work under pressure
