About the role

This role will focus on supporting the team through tendering delivery schedules and owning the bid formation process. This role ensures that bids are developed to a high consistency in their presentation, content, and branding. Key responsibilities will include:

• Manage Bid Schedule to ensure Team meets the bid formation deadlines
• Create content, image sourcing, & elevator pitches where required
• Review industry bids to ensuring BMD continues performing above industry standard
• Liaise with Stakeholders to remain informed to ensure brand alignment is met

About you

To be considered for this role is essential that you have current experience in bids/tendering, with a proven track record in bid formation and delivery management. Other key requirements include:

• Creative & Strategic thinking abilities with a keen eye for detail
• Bid & Tender Process management & reporting
• Understanding of Sales Pipelines & Sales Tools
• Knowledge of Civil infrastructure
• Strong communication skills with ability to engage & influence Stakeholders
• Effectively lead a Team through the Bid & Tender Process
