Who we’re looking for:

We are looking for experienced Sub Foreman (Leading Hand) to join our high calibre team in delivering a major road construction project located in Moorebank, Sydney. 

You will use your trusted leadership and communication skills to quickly and effectively build relationships across all levels of our projects, including with subcontractors. You will motivate others, ensuring a high-performing culture where teamwork ensures the delivery of exceptional quality outcomes to program.

The successful candidates will be;

• Leading Hands experienced in pipework, bulk earthworks, pavements, roads, subdivisions and drainage works.
• Candidates flexible on location including projects around Western Sydney.

You may also have the following additional desirable skills:

• Civil construction background with demonstrated supervisory experience.
• Can demonstrate strong leadership qualities, a positive attitude and a keen work ethic.
