Teaching Assistant for Financial Technology Courses at Postgraduate Level in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref.: 532140) (to commence as soon as possible for one year, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a good bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Science and Technology or a related discipline. A master’s degree in related disciplines is preferred. Excellent quantitative skills in mathematics and computer programming are required for part of the position. Applicants with professional qualifications such as CFA, FRM and CAIA would have an added advantage.
The appointee will work with the course instructors and the Programme Office to conduct tutorials and workshops in English for postgraduate courses; prepare course materials; support programme administration, classes and examinations; as well as perform any other duties as assigned. He/She will work at the Faculty’s Cyberport campus, and maybe required toto work outside normal office hours, including evenings and weekends.
