Regional Team Leader - Care at Home
At the Brotherhood of St. Laurence (BSL), we are seeking a passionate Team Leader to join our dedicated Home Care Packages team.

Job Type: Permanent Full-Time working 38 hours per week
Salary: $100,544.29 to $105,096.07 per annum based on skills and experience, plus 11.5% superannuation.

About the role
Join our team as a Regional Team Leader – Care at Home, where you will lead and inspire a dedicated group of Case Managers to deliver professional, efficient, and consumer-focused advisory, case management, and support services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Program Delivery Support: Collaborate with the Senior Manager to oversee the delivery of the Brotherhood’s Home Care Packages program, ensuring the team meets service delivery standards and consumer expectations.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance, support, and supervision to your team to ensure high-quality services that meet the unique needs of our consumers.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Regularly report to the Senior Manager on team performance, including consumer feedback/incidents, budgetary and KPI compliance, and service trends. Offer actionable recommendations to address challenges and opportunities.
- Cultivating a Learning Culture: Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within your team. Encourage proactive problem-solving and solutions that align with consumer needs and the Brotherhood’s mission and vision.
- Commitment to Quality: Champion the Brotherhood’s quality framework by actively participating in and promoting continuous improvement initiatives.

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who has the following key skills and experiences:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in social work, welfare work, disability services, psychology, or registered nurse qualification,
- Experience in case management in the aged care and disability sectors,
- Proven experience in leading a team to deliver client outcomes,
- Good understanding of Consumer Directed Care models and Commonwealth Aged Care Reforms,
- Understanding of and empathy with the values and ideals of the Brotherhood of St Laurence, and
- Experience in implementing service delivery changes and associated processes.
