Marketing Manager - Aged Care

At Brotherhood of St. Laurence (BSL), we are seeking a passionate Marketing Manager to join our dedicated team.

Location: Fitzroy

Job Type: Permanent Full-Time working 38 hours per week

Salary: $109,846.69 to $114,695.78 per annum, based on skills and experience plus 11.5% superannuation.

About the role

The Marketing Manager drives the development and delivery of a marketing strategy for the Aged Care Portfolio, aligned to the organisational objectives to optimise stakeholder awareness, sales and engagement. Strategies will make use of all marketing channels, be aligned to the BSL brand and purpose and are engaging for target audiences. This will require working across the organisation with diverse stakeholders from senior leaders to volunteers and participants. 

Core Duties 

  • In consultation with senior stakeholders, develop and deliver the relevant portfolio’s strategic marketing plan, ensuring alignment with BSL’s overarching marketing plan and strategic plan
  • Undertaking competitor analysis, target market research and analysis utilising data, research and evidence to support all strategic decisions
  •  Manage the relevant portfolio’s marketing budget, and track campaign progress against marketing objectives and budget constraints
  •  Plan, develop and implement marketing campaigns to support BSL and portfolio objectives
  •  Develop and implement marketing tools, templates and guides to support operational teams to undertake relevant marketing activities align to marketing plans

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who has the following key skills and experiences:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar marketing role using multiple marketing channels
  • Proven track record of coordinating projects, building relationships with key stakeholders and working across complex organisations to ensure effective campaign delivery
  • Proven experience in marketing strategy development, campaign management and creative implementation within a results-focused environment
