Senior Manager Disability Services Projects - Cross-Regional
We're seeking an enthusiastic Senior Manager to join our dedicated NDIS Services Team. This role involves leading and delivering strategic disability services projects, designing innovative service models, and driving service improvement initiatives that support positive outcomes for people with disability and their families.

Travel Requirements: Regular travel across Brotherhood of St. Laurence Disability Services sites is required to support project implementation, stakeholder consultation, and service innovation initiatives.

Salary: A competitive remuneration package + 12% superannuation and vehicle allowance.
- Type of Employment: Permanent, Full-time (38-40 hours per week).

ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE
As the Senior Manager Disability Services Projects, your role is pivotal in driving innovation, service improvement, and disability system reform within the Brotherhood of St. Laurence's Disability Services portfolio. You are responsible for leading the design, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of strategic projects that enhance outcomes for people with disability, children with developmental concerns, and their families.
In this role, you will lead the development of new service models, project plans, resources, and initiatives that test innovative approaches to disability service delivery. You will work collaboratively with people with disability, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to co-design solutions, influence service direction, and support the implementation of emerging reforms within the NDIS and broader disability sector.
You will manage project outcomes, timelines, and resources while providing leadership across project teams, fostering collaboration, continuous improvement, and a strong commitment to inclusion, quality, and evidence-informed practice. Through your work, you will contribute to BSL's national leadership in disability services and help shape future service models that promote participation, choice, and positive outcomes for people with disability.
ABOUT YOU
We are seeking applicants who have:
- Tertiary qualifications or demonstrated experience relevant to project management and/or service improvement for children and adults with a disability or developmental delay, and their families.
- Or Relevant qualifications and/or experience in allied health, disability services, education, human services, community development, social work or extensive experience in a leadership role within an organisation with highly contested stakeholders.
- Highly developed administrative and professional writing skills.
Desirable:
- Industry experience working either with children, families, or disability.
- Lived experience and insight of people with disability.
- A background in and/or experience working with CALD or Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
- A commitment to and/or experience in delivering services using strengths based and person-centred principles.
- Experience working within an individualised support/consumer directed care environment.
