About the Role: 

To be successful, you'll have:

• An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training. (audio visual services)
• Experience maintaining audio visual technologies in an enterprise environment, with extensive experience monitoring and trouble-shooting complex audio-visual platforms
• Audio visual engineering experience with a sound understanding of audio-visual protocols
• Audio Visual Certified Technology Specialist or equivalent industry certification *Desirable
• This role requires the incumbent to apply for and maintain a Working With Children Check (refer to Deakin’s Recruitment Procedure for further details).

Your key responsibilities will be to: 

• Provide a responsive customer service to resolve audio visual faults and issues within agreed service levels

• Support and schedule maintenance of audio-visual services located across all campuses

• Provide high quality support to AVN customers in fault resolution and service request provisioning
