About the role
The Senior Consultant, Change & Future Workforce is a responsible for taking a hands-on and proactive approach to developing, planning, implementing and evaluating strategic workforce programs and initiatives. In partnership with Deakin Transformation, these programs aim to achieve effective organisational change, create better leaders, improve engagement, enhance culture and enable dynamic workforce planning that inspires the best possible outcomes for Deakin.
As the Senior Consultant, Change & Future Workforce, you will:
- Design, develop and implement university-wide strategic workforce solutions and partner with leaders to drive effective change and implement new concepts that help to transform ways of working.
- Lead end-to-end organisational culture change, organisational design, and workforce planning programs and projects.
- Facilitate appropriate research, governance, design, consultation (in alignment with university obligations) and implementation activities.
- Deliver effective culture and organisational change and bespoke solutions, leveraging and contributing to university-wide frameworks, policies, and governance practices.
To be successful, you’ll bring
- An equivalent combination of relevant experience developing and implementing contemporary organisational change solutions, strategies and services to achieve Deakin’s objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively design, develop and implement organisational design and/or change/workforce initiatives.
- High level consulting and facilitation skills and ability to form strong partnerships.
