As a Senior Coordinator, Academic Services, you will:

  • Coordinate and support the student experience through effective communication of course and unit information.
  • Promote teamwork, question traditional assumptions and provide tailored coaching to enable individuals to deliver high quality solutions and achieve goals.
  • Analyse problems and weigh up a range of options to identify accessible and inclusive solutions to complex admissions and curriculum-related issues, and translate solutions into clear and understandable goals.
  • Lead a culture of continuous improvement, establish systems and processes to guide work, track progress and effectively overcome barriers.

To be successful, you’ll have:

  • Postgraduate qualifications or progress towards postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience; or
  • Extensive experience and management expertise; or
  • An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
  • Extensive knowledge of course admissions, enrolment and student advice practices and processes in an education environment
  • Extensive knowledge of curriculum practices and processes in an education environment
