As an Officer, you will:
- Administer all aspects of fees, scholarships, and financial assistance administration, through the provision of expert advice and support. Maintain broad and up-to-date knowledge of all Government, community and University programs, HELP programs, other programs and services which can assist students, making appropriate referrals to other areas of the University as appropriate.
- Review and update student information and financial transactions ensuring adherence to University policies, operating procedures and Government legislation.
- Support university governance by maintaining work instructions, procedures, guidelines, and ensuring compliance with legislation and reporting requirements to enable effective operations.
To be successful, you’ll have:
- Completion of a Degree without subsequent relevant work experience; or
- Completion of an Associate Diploma and at least two years subsequent relevant work experience; or
- An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
- Experience in administration and related activities in a large organisation with complex administrative structures, policies, and procedures.
- Experience in operating in a high-pressure diverse environment, involving face to face, phone, and written issue
- Experience providing services and support in a large organisation
