As the Coordinator, Equity, Governance & Planning, you will:

  • Plan, prioritise, and coordinate key activities, proactively identifying and overcoming barriers while tracking progress
  • Support program administration, evaluation, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Analyse complex information to extract insights and communicate clear, concise recommendations
  • Collaborate with faculties to drive awareness and achievement of student equity goals (access, success, retention)
  • Engage stakeholders, seek feedback, and deliver practical solutions while communicating with confidence and influence

Some of your key accountabilities will be:

  • Analyse complex information to identify key issues, draw insights, and communicate clear, actionable recommendations
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement by challenging processes, leveraging diverse perspectives, and implementing effective change
  • Lead and collaborate effectively by prioritising work, empowering others, building relationships, and using feedback to enhance performance and outcomes

To be successful, you’ll have:

  • A Degree with substantial subsequent relevant experience; or
  • Extensive experience and management expertise in technical or administrative fields; or
  • An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
  • Experience working within an organisation with complex administrative structures, policies and procedures, and experience in evaluation in the higher education sector is desired.
