About the Role
Working in our 30 bed Gosse Ward, you will be specialising in both Oncology and Haematology. This role works alongside a highly skilled and dynamic clinical team including nursing, medical and allied health staff.
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of nursing care to all patients within the Oncology and Haematology department. Maintaining the professionalism with which our department is renowned, this role involves assessing, planning, coordinating and evaluating the care delivery needs of patients, while actively contributing to the professional development and occupational safety of yourself and others.
To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong clinical skillset in a hospital setting with experience working in Oncology and/or Haematology. You will thrive when working in a varied and fast-paced environment, and demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills.
You will also bring;
- Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum of 12 months experience in an acute care setting
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
- Demonstrated exceptional customer service
- Excellent time management skills
- Knowledge of Quality/Continuous Improvement processes

Full time equivalent Registered Nurses: $67,996.00 – $90,715.00 + Superannuation per annum, based on experience level.
