We are seeking a passionate Clinical Nurse to join our Paediatric team at Pindara Private Hospital on the beautiful Gold Coast.
This is a Permanent Part-Time role working a minimum of 56 hours per fortnight.
About the Role
You will be joining our 1D Paediatric Ward, offering 9 beds to both medical and surgical patients.
As the Clinical Nurse you will be required to act as a professional resource in all facets of caring for patients whilst problem solving within the clinical setting. You will report to and work collaboratively with the Nurse Unit Manager in the implementation of quality improvement activities to ensure the department is safe, effective and follows best practice. You will be a passionate mentor with the capability to support and assist in the leadership of a team of health professionals.
To succeed in this role you will bring a strong clinical skillset in a Paediatric hospital setting as a trained Nurse with a passion for client care and a high standard of customer-focused service. You will have exceptional communication skills and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment. You will have the capacity to mentor and support a diverse team of clinical professionals and while leadership experience is not essential, it will be highly regarded
The flexibility to handle a 7 day rotating roster will be key for this role.
You will also bring;
- Relevant qualifications and Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- 3 years’ experience or more in an acute Paediatric setting.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a high-performing team.
On offer is a PRO RATA annual salary range of $92,339 - $98,784 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
