Mitcham Private Hospital is seeking skilled Registered Nurses with PACU/Anaesthetics experience to join our perioperative team.
There are part-time positions on offer with hours to suit your availability.
Our five modern operating theatres are equipped with the latest technical equipment, supporting minor and complex surgery. For acutely ill patients or following major surgery, the three bed High Dependency Unit provides constant care and supervision to patients requiring specialist attention.
You will directly plan, review and implement patient anaesthetic and recovery care alongside a diverse team of clinical professionals while reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager. You will be able to rely on the mentorship our experienced shift leaders to ensure a high level of quality service is provided to our patients within the Ward.
To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong clinical skillset in a hospital setting as a trained Nurse with proven Anaesthetic/PACU experience. You will hold a passion for client care and a high standard of customer-focused service in line with Ramsay's core values. You will have exceptional communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
You will also bring;
- Relevant qualifications and Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
- 2-3 Years’ acute care experience within an anaesthetic team/PACU.
- Any relevant postgraduate specialty qualifications will be highly regarded.
- A Critical Care certificate will be highly regarded, though not essential.
Hourly rate of $31-$42 + super based on experience level and qualifications.
