We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Rehabilitation Unit at Port Macquarie Private Hospital.
This is a Permanent full time role working 76 hours per fortnight.
About the Role
In this role you will be joining our mixed Rehabilitation Unit, providing the planning and delivery of rehabilitation programs for our wide variety of patients including neurological, orthopaedic and reconditioning presentations. You will be involved in assessment of patients PADL's, cognitive assessment, treatment and therapy programs for individuals and groups and stroke rehabilitation.
This role reports to the Allied Health Manager.
We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist who thrives in working within a multidisciplinary team and will be committed to upholding and promoting the Ramsay Way core values. You will bring a strong passion for client care and a high standard of customer-focused service. Experience in a rehabilitation setting is preferred but not essential for this role.
You will also bring;
- Relevant qualifications in Occupational Therapy.
- Registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
- Knowledge of Functional Independence Measure.
- 2-3 years’ experience as an Occupational Therapist.
