Urology | Gynaecology
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced nurse to join our supportive team to continue to provide our patients with dedicated and specialised care in our 30-bed surgical urology and gynaecology unit. As the Registered Nurse You will assess, plan, coordinate and evaluate the care delivery needs of each patient and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure best patient outcomes.
This role will see you reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager but also have guidance and support from Clinical Nurses and Shift Leaders.
To be successful you will be a committed team player with a passion for delivering a high standard of patient care. You will be a proactive individual that is flexible with shifts and a strong customer focus.
You will also demonstrate;
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in an acute hospital
- Previous experience in Urology | Gynaecology highly desirable
- Ability to assess, plan, coordinate and evaluate care delivery needs of patient
- Demonstrates excellent time management and organisational skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
This role requires a caring and compassionate nature that enables you to provide supportive care to patients and their families
On offer is PRO RATA Full-Time Equivalent, base annual salary ranging from;
$70,697 - $90,715 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
