About the Role
As an Environmental Services Assistant you will be responsible for providing and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in line with infection control guidelines in all areas throughout the hospital. You will be expected to deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external customers and be required to assist in stock maintenance and control.
Working collaboratively and cooperatively with a supportive and friendly team, you will report to the Environmental Services Manager.
To succeed in this role, you will be self-motivated and work effectively under the direction of the Environmental Services Manager. You will demonstrate a good work ethic that includes punctuality, integrity, respect for others and a commitment to professional practice.
Casual roles will be over a 7-day roster; therefore, it is expected that the successful candidates will be available for afternoon/evening shifts and various weekends
