About the Role
In this role you will be joining our busy HDU team planning, evaluating and delivering care to patients requiring critical care. You will work alongside a passionate team of clinical professionals while guided by an expert team of associate nurse unit managers shift-to-shift.
This role reports directly to the Nurse Unit Manager.
To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong clinical skillset in a hospital setting as a trained Nurse with proven HDU experience. You will hold a passion for client care and a high standard of customer-focused service in line with Ramsay's core values. You will have exceptional communication skills and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The flexibility to work a rotating shift roster along with weekend and evening shifts will be key for this role.
You will also bring;
- Relevant qualifications and Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
- 2-3 years’ proven experience within a hospital HDU/ICU team is essential for this role.
- A certificate/qualification in Critical Care is essential for this role.
- Any relevant postgraduate qualifications will be highly regarded.
Hourly rate of $ 31.63 - $ 44.15 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (VIC RN/Midwife gr1-gr10) [FTE $62 516.09 - $87 256.01]
