About the Role
Our Rehabilitation Unit Figtree Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking Endorsed Enrolled Nurses to provide patients a high standard of dedicated and specialised care. As a Ramsay Health Care Nurse, you will perform duties with the support and guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager, Clinical Nurse and Shift Leaders. This opportunity will also see you delivering clinical support to other members of the multi-disciplinary patient care team.
To succeed in this role you will bring a strong clinical skillset from your experience working within a hospital setting. You will demonstrate a passion for delivering high standards of care and customer-focused service in line with Ramsay's core values. You will also demonstrate exceptional communication skills and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
You will also bring;
- Relevant qualifications and Registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse.
- You must have the certification to administer medication and IV’s.
- 1 years’ experience or more as an enrolled nurse within a hospital setting.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a high-performing team.
- Recent clinical experience, Rehab highly regarded
- Availability to work a rotating roster
On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from;
$29.89 - $32.53 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (NSW EN gr1-thereafter) [FTE $59 075.12 - $64 294.87].
