Consulting Suites Receptionist
We are seeking a cheerful and confident Receptionist to join our team at Northside Group, Macarthur Clinic on a casual basis!
About the Role
This role is an integral part of the Administration Team and will provide comprehensive customer focused service to our specialist consulting suites.
You will be responsible for effectively performing the administrative duties within the department as part of a team that works cooperatively sharing roles and responsibilities to meet the needs of all our hospital customers. You will provide a high level of customer service directly to our patients at the front desk in greeting them and processing their initial paperwork.
In this role you will report to the Administrative Team Leader and work closely with a supportive team.
To succeed in this role you will bring a strong administrative skill set and be familiar with the health care industry. You will be a proactive professional with a high level of attention to detail and the capability to effectively manage your time throughout the work day. You will be a clear and effective communicator, with excellent interpersonal skills, who can work well in a team environment.
You will also bring;
- A positive and welcoming customer service skill set.
- Previous experience in a similar role or hospital setting
- Familiarity with Health Funds would be advantageous
- Experience with patient management systems (meditech) will be highly regarded.
- Strong computer skills with a good knowledge of the MS Office suite.
On offer is an hourly ranging from;
$ 24 – $ 26 + Superannuation & loading, based on experience level and qualifications
