About the Role
In this role you will be joining our Allied Health team, providing occupational therapy services to inpatients on the acute and sub-acute wards, including the Mental Health Unit.
Our Allied Health team is known for its commitment to excellence in clinical practice and quality improvement, striving to exceed Ramsay’s high standard of care with a professional and positive attitude by creating a friendly, caring and comfortable environment for our patients.
This role reports directly to the Allied Health Manager and works with a multi-disciplinary team of medical officers, clinicians and other allied health professionals.
We are looking for a professional who thrives in working within a fast-paced multidisciplinary team and will be committed to upholding and promoting the Ramsay Way core values. To succeed in this role you will bring a strong clinical skillset and hold a passion for high-quality client care.
You will also bring;
- Registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
- Minimum two (2) years’ experience as an Occupational Therapist in a hospital environment.
- Ability to effectively plan, implement and evaluate rehabilitation programs.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
On offer is an annual salary ranging from $58,561.88 - $96,489.64 plus superannuation, based on qualifications and experience.
