We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team working across Attadale Rehabilitation Hospital.
About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated individual to join our team. This opportunity will see you working with our inpatients alongside a dedicated allied health and clinical team that provides a variety of rehabilitation programs including orthopaedic and reconditioning.
In this role you will be responsible for conducting functional assessments, providing therapy in both individual and group settings whilst developing appropriate discharge plans within a multidisciplinary team.
You will be a qualified Occupational Therapist with a minimum of 1 years post graduate experience ideally obtained within an acute hospital or rehabilitation setting. Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build rapport and deliver a high standard of customer-focused service in line with our Ramsay's core values. You will also demonstrate the ability to manage conflicting priorities and workloads both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
You will also bring the following criteria;
- Bachelor of Occupational Therapy or equivalent with AHPRA registration,
- Minimum 1 year prior experience working in an acute / rehabilitation hospital or rehabilitation setting,
- Well-developed organisational and time management skills,
- Be willing to contribute to the development and promotion of a cohesive and interactive team,
- Flexible and positive approach to work.
