Day Program Patient Coordinator

Ramsay Clinic Wentworthville are seeking an experienced Administration professional to step up into the role of Day Program Patient Coordinator. This is a Casual opportunity with view to Permanent Part-Time.

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Administration professional to join Ramsay Clinic Wentworthville as a Day Program Patient Coordinator. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective running of the Day Patient Program within the Hospital.


About You

To succeed in this role, you will be a motivated, energetic and flexible team player with a high degree of professionalism. You will also have the following selection criteria:

Essential Criteria:

  • Previous experience in a clerical position within a health care setting
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Sound computer proficiency in Microsoft programs
  • Able to complete tasks within designated timeframes
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills

Desirable Criteria:

  • Previous experience in patient scheduling role
  • Excellent computer proficiency in Microsoft programs
