We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our Anaesthetics team at Peninsula Private Hospital in Langwarrin.
There are multiple permanent full time, part time and casual roles available for nurses with experience in Anaesthetics.
About the Role
Peninsula Private Hospitals’ Theatre Department is a very dynamic environment and has 8 theatres. Specialties include Cardio-thoracic, Neuro Surgery, Robotics, General Surgery, Spinal and Orthopaedics Surgery. In this role you will be supporting patients during their procedure and will be becoming part of a passionate team of clinical professionals driven to exceed Ramsay’s high standard of care.
On shift, you will perform clinical duties with the support and guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager and Shift Leaders to ensure a high level of quality service is provided to our patients. This will directly involve the assessing, planning and delivery of care to those patients.
To succeed in this role you will bring strong clinical skillset in an acute care setting. You will have exceptional customer service and time management skills with a passion for quality patient outcomes.
The flexibility to handle a rotating roster with morning, evening and weekend shifts will be crucial to this role.
You will need to have the following:
- Relevant registration with AHPRA as Registered Nurse.
- 2 years’ minimum acute care experience in a hospital setting
- Experience in Anaesthetics nursing essential
- Any specialty experience or postgraduate qualifications will be highly regarded.
$ 32.63 - $ 45.26 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (VIC RN/Midwife gr1-gr10) [FTE $64 476.88 - $89 433.76]
Peninsula Private Hospital is a comprehensive 344 bed acute emergency, surgical, medical, cardiac and obstetric facility located in the bayside town of Frankston in Melbourne's south eastern suburbs. The hospital currently accommodates a 14 bay emergency department, 226 medical and surgical, 36 cardiac, 11 ICU, 7 Neonatal, 14 Obstetric, and 30 Oncology beds which include 15 day infusion chairs.
