About the Role
Our Perioperative Services department has an exciting opportunity for experienced Registered and Enrolled Nurses to join our team across 7 Operating Theatres.
As a Nurse in our ward, you will provide our patients with dedicated and specialised care. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, coordinating, delivering and evaluating care to suit each patient’s individual needs. You will be reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager and working alongside a supportive team.
Looking for nurses to work short shifts 4 or 6hrs. To work twilight afternoons after 5pm or early short morning/day shifts. This may appear attractive if you are looking for flexibility to suit your lifestyle.

Your Key Skills and Experience
- Current and relevant registration with APHRA as a Registered or Enrolled Nurse
- IV qualification for Enrolled Nurses
- Minimum of 2 years post graduate experience in an acute hospital setting
- Minimum 2 years PACU or instrument / circulating nurse experience essential
- Minimum 2 year Scrub/Scout/ Anaesthetic nursing experience essential
- Any post graduate perioperative qualifications will be well regarded
- Excellent understanding of infection control principles
Remuneration
$34.43 - $48.33 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (NSW RN/Midwife gr1-gr8) [FTE 68,033.68 - $95,500.08]
