About The Opportunity

This opportunity will see you manage a well-established regional Cath Lab team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to further develop and grow your career in a leadership position by providing excellent clinical support and guidance to all members of the team.

This will encompass, but is not limited to:

  • Accountability for the efficient and effective management of all human and material resources
  • Be a positive mentor and provide clinical leadership and support to your team
  • Assist in shaping organisational strategy, improve procedural service provision and achieve departmental and Hospital strategic objectives.
  • Assist in the development of the team to introduce more complex procedures.

 

 

Your Skills and Experience

You thrive on problem solving, fostering a positive and supportive culture, and providing dedicated and specialised advice to your team members.

  • Relevant qualification and a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
  • Highly experienced Cath Lab background
  • Post-graduate studies in an appropriate specialty or management qualifications will be highly regarded.
  • Proven leadership and management abilities

 

 

Remuneration

A base hourly rate ranging from $64.56 – $69.45 + superannuation, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (NSW Nursing/Midwifery Unit Manager level 1-3)

Requirements

  • Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
