Regional NDIS Coordinator / Occupational Therapist – Greater Perth

Part-time, 12-month Fixed Term Opportunity

As the Allied Health arm of Ramsay Health Care, we are uniquely positioned to have direct access to our extensive hospital network and doctors, with a growing footprint in the community and primary care settings.

Having experienced significant growth in many of our locations, we are looking to expand our offerings in the disability services sector and are seeking an enthusiastic individual to deliver services to our NDIS Participants and drive growth of our NDIS Service across Greater Perth.

 

About the Role

An exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated individual to work with our multidisciplinary teams across Greater Perth, in a dual role comprising:

  1. A clinical caseload (part time, flexible days/hours)
  2. NDIS Business Development & Compliance (x8hours/week)

This role is ideal for an experienced Occupational Therapist looking to broaden their business skills/experience, whilst still maintaining a clinical caseload. 

The successful applicant will be based in our Joondalup, West-Perth or Mt Pleasant clinic, delivering occupational therapy services both in-clinic and in-community. In addition, the successful applicant will spend x8 hours/week supporting NDIS service delivery, compliance and growth across all four Perth locations.  

 

About You

To thrive in this role, you will have excellent interpersonal skills, an innate ability to connect with people, be adaptable to change, and be a team player. Most importantly, you will have a keen interest in business development and promotion, and a thorough understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and disability service provision.

 

Essential Criteria

  • Occupational Therapy Degree (with current AHPRA registration)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Completion of NDIS ‘Safety, Quality & You’ e-learning module
  • Drivers Licence (and own car)
  • Minimum of 3 years Clinical Experience
  • Business Development & Promotion Experience (highly desirable)
  • NDIS Service Delivery Experience (highly desirable)

 

Remuneration

Competitive remuneration as an Allied Health Professional (outlined in the RHC WA EBA).

Requirements

  • Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
