About the role
We require a Project Manager with engineering experience or strong trade skills in mechanical or electrical engineering industry. Greenslopes Private Hospital has a busy project time ahead with replacement chillers, cooling towers, electrical switchboards and duct heating all being upgraded. You will oversee the work and engage incumbent engineering consultants for complex design matters.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong background of working within maintenance/project services roles. You will also demonstrate prior experience in leading, coaching, motivating and developing a team to achieve results.
You will also bring:
- Electrical/Mechanical Engineering qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial facility maintenance, preferably hospitals
- Previous experience in a management/leadership role
- A willingness to work across trades areas within skill levels
- Experience managing defect and warranty periods
- An ability to negotiate with a diverse range of personnel and to manage their expectations and timeframes
Remuneration
Will be based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.

Requirements
- Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
