About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and outgoing Day Surgery / Recovery wardsperson to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for transferring patients pre and post op, from theatre to recovery and out to the ward.
Your Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated experience as a hospital orderly/wardsperson essential
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effective within a team environment and independently
- Be available for a range of shifts across a 7-day rotating roster
- A strong willingness to learn and develop a working knowledge of hospital procedures
- Motivated and positive with a high level of attention to detail.

Wollongong Private Hospital is a 171 bed private hospital operated by Australia's largest private hospital operator, Ramsay Health Care, is set in the heart of Wollongong's Medical Precinct. Requirements
- Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
- According to the role, Ramsay will require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases, which may include Covid-19.
