The Role
Our administration team provides clerical support to various departments of the hospital and are often the first point of contact for visitors.
Joining our team as a receptionist, you will be responsible for performing administrative duties within the department such as discharging and transferring patients, filing, booking appointments and general reception duties.

Your Key Skills and Experience
- Computer literacy including Microsoft Office suite programs and Patient Management Systems essential
- Experience either in a medical administration setting or a patient-facing role highly desirable
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain good working relations with others
- Accurate data entry skills with a high degree of attention to detail
- Proven organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written and a professional phone manner
- Strong interpersonal skills and a strong team focus are vital for this position.
Remuneration
On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from $28.91 - $31.65 + superannuation, based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances (QLD Clerk Grade 2)

- Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
