About the Role

You will coordinate and oversee maintenance activities, ensuring timely repairs, scheduling routine preventative maintenance, and managing maintenance records to keep operations running smoothly.

You will report to the Regional Maintenance Manager while working alongside a highly experienced team providing you with the support and guidance required to complete your tasks successfully.

 

About You

The ideal candidate will have a passion for both people and safety, a strong eye for detail and commitment to the task at hand is essential to the success of this role.

Essential Criteria:

  • Experience in administration in a trade environment.
  • High level understanding of maintaining confidentiality.
  • Proven ability to create positive working relationships.
  • Proven computer literacy skills, especially with Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to work effectively, efficiently and within tight time constraints.

Highly Desirable:

  • Experience in a hospital administration or maintenance role.

 

Remuneration: On offer is annual salary ranging from $88,500 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances

Requirements

  • Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
