About the Role
As a Theatre Floor Coordinator, you will lead a passionate team of clinical nurses, collaboratively work, and consult with doctors to ensure the best practice and patient outcomes are achieved. Your key focus will be to coordinate the day-to-day operations of our 17 operating theatres.
Availability to work a variety of morning and afternoon shifts, Monday – Friday is essential to be considered.
Your Skills and Experience
- Relevant qualifications and Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum of four (4) years perioperative nursing experience
- Previous experience of floor coordinating in Operating Theatre will be highly regarded
- Clinical leadership experience or relevant post-graduate specialty qualifications desired
- A sound understanding and management of KPIs, staffing allocations and problem solving skills are crucial

Requirements
- Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
- According to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases, which may include Covid-19.
