About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated tradesperson seeking new challenge.
The successful candidate will leverage their strong mentoring and management skills to oversee and retain maintenance contractors or staff as needed. With a positive leadership style, you will ensure an efficient, comprehensive building and maintenance building and maintenance service, adhering to legislative standards, corporate policies and hospital budgets.
Your Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a management / leadership role
- Trade qualification (plumbing or electrical/mechanical engineering desirable)
- Previous experience in commercial facility maintenance
- Proven experience in external contractor management, including negotiation of maintenance contracts.
- Experience in and ongoing commitment to Quality Improvement principles.
Remuneration: On offer is an hourly rate up to $63.55 + superannuation based on qualifications and experience. Exclusive of penalties and allowances [FTE up to $125,577 per annum]
