Role Overview:
In this role, you will service 4 operating theatres and will be:
- Responsible for cleaning, assembly, inspection, wrapping and sterilisation of surgical instruments and medical equipment.
- Collaborate with Operating Theatre staff to ensure timely delivery of sterile products and equipment.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning, assembly, inspection, wrapping and sterilization tasks.
- Coordinate with the Operating Theatre team for efficient workflow
- Meeting pressing deadlines to support the surgical process.
- You will be reporting to the Perioperative Service Manager and Floor Co Ordinator
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring proven experience in Clinical Sterilisation services, ideally within a hospital setting.
You will also bring;
- Previous experience in sterilisation role (Desirable)
- Certificate III in Sterilizing services (Desirable)
- Able to work a flexible roster
- Knowledge of safe manual handling
- Endoscopy processing experience (desirable)

Requirements
- Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
