About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Clinical Services, the Clinical Educator contributes to and participates in the education of all levels of staff by being involved in our graduate nursing program, department orientation, in-servicing and clinical competence programs.
The Clinical Educator will also make a valuable contribution to the hospital quality improvement processes.
Permanent part-time role offering the successful candidate 64 hours per fortnight.
Your Skills and Experience
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Previous experience in an education role advantageous but open to training
- Demonstrated leadership skills with excellent communication skills and ability to effectively negotiate
- Positive role model and demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Organised, efficient and professional with highly developed clinical problem solving skills and advanced skills in nursing assessment
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team and independently where required
- Innovative and flexible approach to education delivery
Remuneration
On offer is an hourly rate ranging from $55.22 - $58.13 + superannuation, based off qualifications and experience. Exclusive of penalties and allowances. (VIC RN gr4A – gr4B)

Requirements
- Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
